Please let me know if this is normal. This question is for whoever has a brick-and-mortar location. We found a location and it feels like they don’t want to do anything. Meaning, they’re extremely slow. It’s been months since a simple negotiation. All I’m asking is two months for me to get ready then a three-year deal. They don’t need to put any money into this deal. All I need to do is fix some holes in the walls, paint and put down vinyl floors. And it’s been months!!!! They’re a big company and my realtor said this is “normal.” So my question is…Is this normal? Should I go find another location? I’m still working full time and I feel like I’m in limbo and I’m ready to get out and do this.

If the relationship is not good in the beginning, it does not get better. It might be wise to move on.
