Or the person that cleans the restaurant to make enjoying the food pleasant?
This question is not about restaurant business..
It’s about product vs marketing.

If the food is good, I’ll eat there. If the place is clean and attractive, I’ll enjoy the experience more. Good products get them in the door, attention to detail and pride in your space keeps them there
