I agree with Charles; do some independent research. In these groups, you'll usually find people selling rubbish coins (Doge, Shib, Safemoon, Elon anything, Anything INU). Find coins with real utility and research them using reliable sources. The Paul Barron Network and Token Metrics are fantastic, but take a look around as well. To be fair, a handful of individuals mentioned QNT, which is a wonderful coin, but there are many more excellent options that are far superior in my opinion. Matic and HNT come to mind right away, but there are plenty more.
