Many people are seriously mishandling their businesses.
They are concentrated on the sale they hope to close today.
But people often overlook the fact that you need returning clients who will keep paying you if you want to build a genuine steady and sustainable business.

That’s complete rubbish because it’s only based on one business model?
I don’t have repeat customers as my product is generally 1 per home & has a 15-year life.
If I concentrate on repeat business, I’ll be out of business in a month
