For those procrastinating in their business, what will help you move forward?

Procrastination is triggered by stress. This usually happens when we need to do a task that we are not comfortable doing. Something we don’t know how to do and then when we want to do it we get stressed and that is where we procrastinate and the reward of that is no stress. This happens like a pattern and becomes a habit. The habit of procrastination. To get over it first we need to be aware that we have stressed the have a strategy to regulate stress and back it up with action. I use breathing techniques to overcome my stress and then I do the work. I hope this helps.
