All the business owners here who already built an established and successful business, do you have a partner(s)? Or did you do it all alone? If you have partners do you each have different responsibilities within the business?

Personally, I believe that if you are starting your own business, choose a coach or mentor who is now where YOU want to be in 5 years. They have encountered the difficulties and misunderstandings associated with launching a business in your industry. Additionally, I advise continuing your education. You can do this by reading books, enrolling in classes, or participating in discussion groups that are relevant to your industry.
